Is SinoScan48 a hospital or clinic?+
No. SinoScan48 is an international-client coordination and concierge service. Medical examinations and official medical reports are provided by licensed medical institutions and qualified medical professionals.
Do you provide diagnosis or treatment?+
No. SinoScan48 does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or medical interpretation. Medical interpretation and treatment decisions should always be made by licensed physicians.
How quickly are reports available?+
Report timing depends on the location, medical institution, test items, and appointment schedule. Many cases can be organized for delivery usually within 48 hours after examination completion, but this must be confirmed before booking.
Which locations are available?+
Screening access can be checked in major Chinese locations including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Nanjing, Zhengzhou, and Xuzhou. The practical location is confirmed after we understand the screening need, timing, equipment, package items, and institution availability.
What does SinoScan48 coordinate?+
SinoScan48 helps turn a screening need into a practical China plan: English communication, package guidance, appointment coordination, preparation notes, optional local logistics, report collection, and structured English report assistance.
What tests can be included?+
Depending on location and package availability, screening may include blood testing, ultrasound, low-dose CT, MRI, CT, PET/CT, PET/MR, and other diagnostic imaging or health checkup items provided by licensed medical institutions.
Can I use the reports with my own doctor?+
Yes. The process is designed to help you receive organized reports, lab results, and imaging files where applicable, so you can discuss them with qualified physicians of your choosing.
What happens if my results show something abnormal?+
SinoScan48 can help organize your files and coordinate follow-up communication where available, but medical interpretation, diagnosis, and treatment decisions must be made by qualified physicians or medical institutions.
Can you help with travel arrangements?+
Yes, but travel is a support layer, not the starting point. After the screening plan is clear, optional support can include airport pickup, hotel coordination, local transport, preparation reminders, and report collection logistics.
Will someone take care of me when I land in China?+
Optional arrival support can be arranged where available after the screening plan is confirmed. This may include a named coordinator before arrival, airport pickup, hotel and local transport planning, appointment-day guidance, and report handover support.
Will my data be shared with third parties?+
SinoScan48 helps organize client files for delivery to the client. Any onward sharing should be controlled by the client, subject to the medical institution's policies and applicable law.
What should I send before checking availability?+
Send what you need checked, any relevant timing in China, report or imaging-file needs, package interest if known, language needs, and whether you may need local logistics support. Location can be confirmed after the screening need is understood.
Is this suitable for emergencies?+
No. SinoScan48 is not an emergency medical provider. If you may be experiencing an emergency or urgent medical condition, seek local emergency care immediately.
